KERN EcoFlexThe EcoFlex laser system is Kern’s entry-level large format model. Kern’s team re-engineered our previous generation HSE machine, standardizing many components and saving costs all without sacrificing quality. Many of the high-quality components used on our high-performance line are also used on the EcoFlex, including the laser, power supplies, vacuum blowers and computer system. These efforts have paid off big for our customers as we launch this new workhorse laser system designed for non-metal cutting applications.

KERN FiberCell
FIBER LASER METAL CUTTER
The FiberCELL is a compact sheet metal fabricating fiber laser system, capable of cutting a variety of metals such as stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, brass and copper. A Class 1 safety enclosure allows the system to be placed in high-traffic areas such as busy factory floors and university classrooms. Special polycarbonate windows are installed to ensure harmful laser wavelengths are filtered and cannot leave the enclosure. -

The LaserCELL is a complete laser cutting and engraving system featuring the perfect blend of performance and safety. Its fully enclosed (Class 1) design allows the LaserCELL to be placed in high-traffic areas such as busy factory floors and university classrooms. Access points are available at the front, back and sides of the machine making part loading/unloading and maintenance simple and convenient. -
KERN Micro
FLEXIBLE SMALL FORMAT LASER SYSTEM
Kern’s entry-level MICRO laser system features a small format work area. Still, it can be equipped with the same powerful CO2 lasers as our large format models. The MICRO comes standard with high-speed engraving technology and a moving Y-axis bed for fast, accurate vector cutting. The MICRO laser system is a flexible laser solution, requiring minimal floor space in your facility. -
KERN OptiDual
DUAL LASER HIGH PRODUCTION LASER CUTTER
The OptiDual laser system was specially designed for customers that require a laser system capable of high production cutting. The OptiDual features two lasers mounted on a single gantry. The second laser is connected to the master laser by an adjustable bar. As the master laser is cutting a part, the second laser will be cutting the same part just inches away. Both lasers’ output power can be matched within the KCAM software. This ensures that the parts being produced are similar in size, accuracy and quality. -
KERN OptiFlex
KERN’S MOST POPULAR CO2 LASER CUTTER AND ENGRAVER
The OptiFlex is Kern’s flagship high-performance laser system. The HyperDual motion package installed on the OptiFlex is setting the standard for large format laser cutting and engraving machines. This improved motion system features a rack and pinion design and powerful servo motors at each side of the laser table. Cut acceleration rates are up to three times faster with a 100% increase in top-end vector speed. The X-axis has also been upgraded with twin linear rails and a thicker steel reinforced belt. -

The ILS12.150D is a free-standing platform with a materials processing envelope of 48" x 24" x 12" or 13,824 in³ (1219mm x 610mm x 305mm or 226,795 cm³). The dual laser platform supports a power range of 10 to 150 watts (up to 75 watts with one 10.6µm CO2 laser; up to 150 watts with a second 10.6µm CO2 laser). The ILS12.150D also supports a single 9.3µm laser at 30, 50 or 75 watts (If a 9.3µm CO2 laser is installed, the maximum 10.6µm laser is 75 watts).
